Mike, a civil engineer by training, joined Current Resources from CB&I, where he was Vice-President for Global Offshore Business Development, ultimately responsible for the delivery of all offshore business (both oil & gas and renewables) including many commercial contract negotiations with a project TIC in excess of $1Bn.

Over a 30 year career, Mike has been involved in over 100 offshore oil & gas projects in USA, Canada, North Sea, South East Asia and the Middle East. In 2004 Mike was instrumental in striking a joint venture partnering agreement with GE for the development of offshore wind in the UK, and as such has a detailed technology knowledge of the offshore wind industry.
