Joseph has extensive investment and financial experience, particularly in structuring renewable energy transactions.  Formerly an M&A executive at Close Brothers, Joseph worked as an associate for private equity fund CapVest, focusing on leveraged buyouts and refinancings across Western Europe. He subsequently joined Berkeley Partners LLP where he developed a number of renewable energy investments including one of the largest wind farms in Southeast Asia, before joining Atlantis in March 2009.

Joseph holds an MA in Natural Sciences and an MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University. He is a CFA charterholder.
